Bright guest suite in a family occupied home.

Our suite... "The Commons" is a bright basement one bedroom guest suite in the family occupied home. The Commons located in the west end of Sault Ste. Marie close to all amenities, groceries LCBO, restaurants, convenience stores etc. The commons includes a separate entrance, full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a 3 piece bathroom . You will feel like you are on a main floor as the large windows brighten the entire space! The is also a separate room (not shown) that includes a futon. The space 10 min away From downtown Sault Sainte Marie (shopping, dining tour train ect). 15 min from trans Canada hwy 17, 25 minutes away from amazing northern Ontario fishing and hunting and a beautiful 45 minute drive to Searchmont ski/Snowboard Resort Other things to note There is a TV, however no cable. A media box is accessible for streaming and movies. (YouTube Netflix etc.)
