Our spectacular furnished 2BD/2BA lower level home in Irvine's quiet and safe neighborhood is the perfect place for your 31+ day rental! You are 15 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the airport! Dolphin Paradise is great for corporate relocations, snowbird travels, extended summer vacations and home renovations that require a move. Enjoy the sunshine at the pool/hot tub area with beautiful bike and walking paths. The space Minimum stay is 31 days. Fully furnished lower level home in a quiet, safe neighborhood - incredible dolphin artwork throughout! You will have it all to yourself as we live nearby and will not be staying with you, but will greet you for your arrival. * You must provide a copy (in person) of your ID that matches your reservation prior to check-in. Message us for clarification : ) You'll have two bedrooms (master with King-sized bed and office with clear desk and full size pillow top bed, fast WIFI and ethernet and a big leather pull out love seat). Both bedrooms have large closets and separate baths. Shower heads have colored lights (like in high end spa's)! Hall closet is well stocked with linens and towels. The second bedroom has a large desk with ethernet and a leather loveseat. Deluxe stocked kitchen (silverware, utensils, coffeemaker, blender, etc.) with refrigerator included. Adjoining dining area with ceiling fan/light & mirrored wall. Large living area with gorgeous fireplace and entertainment niche - and of course, a dolphin coffee table! Sliding doors lead out to the front enclosed/covered garden-like patio with dolphin fountain. Two car attached garage with laundry area (washer & dryer included). Bring your bathing suit and enjoy the resort-like pool, Jacuzzi , cabanas, parks, tennis & bike paths. Bike throughout Irvine and to the Newport Back Bay (One blue beach cruiser bicycle and a brand new 21 speed tandem bike (built for 2 but great for one as well) included. Walk to shops, dining and shows. Close to 'The District', shopping & entertainment complex & Fashion Island. 20 minute drive to Disneyland & Downtown Disney shopping. Great location. Convenient to local business hubs, toll roads, freeways, John Wayne Airport, Amtrak/Metroliner train stations and Orange County Beaches. No Smokers please... and we love children, but because we have murals on the walls, 3 glass tabletops and statuettes there will be a $500 deposit if children are guests. Guest access You'll have the entire space to yourselves to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings! Other things to note You'll have the best beaches and shopping surrounding our location!
