This can be done via a check or a transfer. For all stays, Tenant will be required to pay for propane if and when the pool heater is used. After no longer than 60 days after your stay has concluded, the utilities used during your time will be aggregated and deducted from the Utility Deposit and the difference returned via check or transfer.
