This property is very comfortable. It is a large house with 3 furnished rental bedrooms. We are near San Jose’s east foothills near rustic Alum Rock Park.The 3 bedrooms are right next to each other. The master bedroom is at the other end. Your shared bathroom is right between two of the rentals. You also share a large TV room upstairs with DirecTV (I never use that room) amd am electric piano. You can also share a large Living Room, Dining Room, Laundry Room, Half-Bath, and Kitchen downstairs. The space All of this 2912 square foot home, less the Master Bedroom, is available to each tenant (3 maximum). That includes the following areas: Upstairs Guest Room Shared Bathroom “Bonus” TV Room Downstairs Living Room Laundry Room Kitchen Dining Room Family Room Half Bath Outside Patio & barbecue grill Pool and spa Guest access Guests will have access to everything listed above. During your stay If the Landlord is home he is available in person the whole time. When away from home he is available by phone. The Landlord enjoys visiting with tenants. He is generally found in the downtown TV room. Other things to note Guests should know they can discuss with the Landlord any issues at any time.
