Eagle Vail house on golf course- 4/4

4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. 3 minutes to Beaver Creek, 8 minutes to Vail. Wonderful hiking close by, bike riding, hot springs, fishing, rafting. Great for 2 families or 3 or 4 couples. Fully equipped with all new linens, dishes, silverware, mattresses, 55" Samsung Smart TV. Two master bedrooms with huge bathrooms- soaker tub, separate steam shower, two sinks. Cable with 140 channels and high speed wifi. Garage for one car, large driveway for up to 4 cars. Surrounded by Aspen and Pine trees. The space This is not a condo- it has its own yard and lots of open space, and a spacious shaded deck with a gas BBQ grill. There are two master suites on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a bath on the upper floor. The main living area also has a full bath. In the summer, the clubhouse is open with a pool, tennis courts, locker rooms, etc. The golf course can be played from May to October. The Avon Rec center 2 miles away has an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, saunas, fitness center an basketball courts, and is open all year round. There is a small fee to use the center. There are many beautiful hiking areas close by. And if it is too cold even to ski, go west 50 or 60 miles and it is warm enough to hike. There are many hot springs in that area also, open to the public. Guest access The entire house, including garage, is accessible. Other things to note Our house is strictly non smoking. If there is any smoking in the house, the entire damage deposit will be forfeited. Pets may be considered after discussion. Additional cleaning fee may be required, and I have a pet fee.
