No parties or loud music. The heated spa is included in your stay and the pool is available to be heated for an additional $30 per day, contact me before your stay to make arrangements to turn on the heated spa or heat the pool. Please note: The pool is not fenced in but the yard is fenced in. Guest access Enjoy the entire house . 2 cars only and must park in the driveway. A key pad code to enter will be sent to you before your stay. Other things to note Renters must be 28 yrs or older and have at least 4 positive reviews from other AirBnB hosts. ~Strictly enforced~ We take pride in the cleanliness of our home. We follow strict Airbnb Covid cleaning procedures after each guest leaves. We expect our renters to be clean, and clean up after themselves and take care of our home as we do. It is a quiet neighborhood so no parties or loud music is allowed. Neighborhood quiet time is 9pm to 8am. Strictly enforced! -If you violate this rule you will be asked to leave.
