Hiking/biking/cross-country trails are right out your door. Ideal setup for a small family or small group of friends. Perfectly equipped for winter and summertime activities, this beautiful condo is located on Ski Hill Road; the main road between the Peak 8 Base and downtown Breckenridge. The space 0.4 miles from the base of Peak 8, skiers/snowboarders will appreciate the Breck Free Ride shuttle stop at the condo complex; 1 shuttle stop to the Peak 7 Base Area; one more stop and the shuttle bus will drop off at Peak 8. From there the shuttle stops back at the condo on its return to town center; or hop on the Gondola at either Peak 7 or 8 for your trip into downtown Breckenridge before catching the Breck Free Ride back to your room. I will provide local details prior to check-in. At the condo, we have upgraded our cleaning procedures to give guests the comfort in knowing they are staying in a safe and clean environment. We will block-off the condo for a minimum of 48 hours after every reservation to ensure there is adequate time for the condo to undergo a thorough cleaning. Every linen in the condo is replaced between guests to be laundered off-site; this includes comforters, blankets, pillow shams. Our cleaning team uses CDC-recommended disinfecting procedures and we follow up with Chlorox wiping of all contact surface areas during our inspection.
