The apartment is in the basement on the house with it's own entrance from the back of the house. Plenty of parking space. Lighting from overhead and window wells. Cozy and comfortable for overnight or extended stays. This basement apartment is an excellent space for short or longer term stays. It is easily accessible from a private entrance at the back of the house. Parking is also at the back entrance. It is in the downtown area so is close to shopping and dining. Private parking. The house is in a residential area close to downtown Williston. Shopping and eating within walking distance. There is a concrete parking space at the back of the house accessed through the alley. Kelly will very likely have guests staying in the main house if she is not there herself.
