Your own private apartment with cool amenities!

House Rules WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN STATE Bookings! No smoking, no dogs, no parties and no commercial photography. The apartment has its own entry. We live in the upper 1st and 2nd story. Internal stairway locked both sides. There is a whole house water filter, we have very clean water on every faucet (Drinking water). We have dual twin memory foam beds and a huge sectional couch. Some amenities pool table, ping pong. This way our wall stays clean and painted. The space We live in a quite neighborhood and please ask to be quite when coming in late or in front of the house. No parties allowed. Please refrain from running the AC lower than 70 degrees. It will freeze the coil! Then no AC *Absolutely NO drugs, PARTIES, or excessive alcohol on the property. Drug activity will be grounds for immediate cancellation of a reservation with no refund. There will be a minimum $200 cleaning fee for smoking on the property or for large spills or stains out of the norm on the property. This will be charged from the damage deposit. Should you have linen or towels that could have long lasting stains, please make us aware so we can treat them quickly, to prevent damage and replacement costs. *No un-booked guests through AirBNB. There will be an extra charge of $75 for each guest that is not registered prior to check-in. This simply means that if 5 guests are coming, that the reservation reflects 5 guests. No visitors besides those included in the reservation, without prior approval. Our Home has a video camera surveillance system for the outside property. Also noise surveillance. Please no smoking on any part of property. We have an HD antenna for TV and high speed internet . We can sleep up to one family including up to one unrelated adult, or two or fewer unrelated adults and their children and/or grandchildren in the apartment. We have beds for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Maximum 4 if children. Maximum 2 adults. The apartment is 1150SF of space. We have dual twin memory foam beds that can be connected or separate (please request), a big couch and in the living room, for maximum comfort. 2 children can sleep on the couch or 1 adult. Sheets and covers are provided for the couch. Please do not sleep on the couch without sheets. Do not use the sleep bed in couch! We do have a full size cot if needed. The kitchen has all the things you need. Fridge, Stove oven, Microwave and dishwasher. Folding table as folding chairs for dining in closet. The trash is collected every Friday, so just put it in our trash bin next to our garage. Thanks Guest access We just ask you to stay on our property when coming and going. Our neighbors are closely adjoining our home where you enter and we try to stay off their driveway when coming and going. You can please use our sidewalk that leads to the gate and back up the the driveway. We also ask to be quite in our front yard at night, we have people next door who work odd shifts and get disturbed when too much is going on in the front yard. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES allowed. Other things to note We have many sports clients, we live around 20 mins from LAKEPOINT SPORTS! Nice pool table and ping pong for in between games. PLEASE NOTE: do not drop small objects, toys or ping pong balls into the pockets on the pool table. We will charge a $50 maintenance charge to take the pool table apart if this happens. You will know when some of the ball get stuck. Do not shake the table it is leveled. Concerning the ping pong table. Please lean it against the PVC board we have mounted on the wall to keep it from destroying the wall. See more in checkin area. When you face the house, come to the front door and use our walk path down to the left side of the house and enter the gate. There is the digital door handle for your code to enter. This is a basement apartment, so the house above is accupied by my wife, my 17 year old son and myself. There is some floor noise from us, but tolerable. We are all musicians, so we are playing acoustic and singing on a daily basis, but this is also tolerable. If our living noise should be a nuisance, please text us and we will adjust. Just for emergencies, we do have a fire extinguisher in the hot water boiler room.
