Your private basement room features a queen-sized bed, office space, a comfy couch, a smart TV, and a full private washroom for your convenience. As a guest, you'll enjoy the comfort and privacy of your spacious room, complete with privacy/divider curtains and a small street-facing window. You’ll also have access to a convenient kitchenette for simple cooking, as well as a shared full kitchen located upstairs. Shared spaces include a backyard patio and an old school built-in BBQ, perfect for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Laundry facilities are shared with the hosts only. Please note there is free street parking available during the day, and several parking lots are nearby for your convenience.
