Cottage by the College

Cute two bedroom, one bath in Historic Neighborhood. It offers a cozy living room and open kitchen. Large master bedroom with king size bed and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom is tiled with a full tub/shower combo. There is a step down in the hall to the utilities and master bedroom. Two parking spaces. One block from Memorial Park and Amarillo College. Located just a few blocks from I-40. Everyone is welcome along with your furry friends! The space There is a fold out couch if you need more sleeping space or for just relaxing while watching tv. Previous guests have said it is very comfortable. There is a washer and dryer available as well. I recommend the park for outdoor exercise, walks and fun. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note This is an older home in a historic neighborhood. It offers one large bedroom with a king size bed and one smaller room with a queen size bed.
