Eloquent suite in York Me. Close to I-95

NO SMOKING A Gorgeous bedroom suite in a private residence. The 2nd floor bedroom is furnished with a lovely queen bed ,a walk-in closet and a smart tv.The room is joined with a private beautiful full bath and living room. There is a microwave,coffee maker and fridge. The 2nd floor is the tenants private space, the host lives on the lower levels. The gourmet kitchen is available with scheduled private times and freezer in basement. The space Our back yard is an oasis. A pool with a fountain, flower gardens, stone patios, new deck and a pond on the lower lot that deer,BIG blue herring, ducks and frogs come to enjoy. The York sports complex is a half mile down the road, and several hiking areas up the road on Mt A. The York beaches are three miles away. Under 2 Miles away you’ll find York hospital, churches restaurants banks drug stores grocery stores shops ect no the mention the outlet mall is about 5 miles from us. Boston is 1 hour away the NH/Me.mountain ranges are -2 hours away Guest access Guest park in the driveway and go the front door. The stairs are to the right as you enter the front door. The guest rooms are at the top of the stairs ( room 1 on the right, Room 2 straight ahead) The living room and bath room are to the left. This will be your main areas to enjoy. The kitchen, dining room and WD will be scheduled times of use for our extended stay guests.The back yard, pool area, pond area ect can be enjoyed as well. During your stay I look forward to greeting you and showing you around. ( more than likely Grace our mini doodle will greet you with a toy to show you as well) We are very friendly and laid back. We will respect your privacy but dont hesitate to ask for help or chit chat if you’d like! We re looking forward to welcoming you. Other things to note When there is snow, guest will need to move their vehicle during snow removal operations. There is potential for power outages during heavy winds and snow fall when inclement weather arrives in Maine.
