The Hillside House

The Hillside Retreat in Tambourine Mountain is the ideal getaway with breathtaking views of the Gold Coast and the hinterland, with an outdoor swimming pool, a heated spa, garden and bbq facilities. Enjoy the calm and tranquillity of the mountain with trails to hike, while being a few minutes' drive from the distilleries, wineries, Gallery Walk, Skywalk, National Park, Botanic Garden, fine eateries and a golf course. My husband and I will look forward welcoming you to the Hillside Retreat. The space The Hillside Retreat consists of the Hillside House with 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and the Hillside Villa, a self contained one bedroom unit. The Hillside House is open planned with kitchen, lounge, dining all with a view. There is cosy fire for the cooler winter’s night. BBQ and seating area, where you can take in view of the Gold Coast. At The Hillside Retreat, both the House and the Villa are equipped with a smart flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a fireplace. All rooms come with bed linen, towels, a hairdryer and free toiletries. The outdoor pool and spa is a shared area between House guests and Villa guests. This is the ONLY shared area in the property. House and Villa guests have their own designated car park space (not covered area) Guest access The guests in The Hillside House will have 3 bedroom (2 queen beds and 2 king singles) and 2 bathroom for their own privacy plus own private balcony looking over the coastal view. The only area you are sharing with the Villa guest is the pool and spa area. Other things to note The pool and spa area is a shared area between House and Villa guests. Both House and Villa are equipped with fireplace. We will provide you the firelighters and the initial firewood to start with. If you need more, you can buy it from us or from the service station.
