1250 square foot house with deck . 18 acre property . You can walk right out the door to trails that lead up the creek and to a few different water falls . The beach is a 3 minute walk down the hill and the bus stop is right there also . Very colourful house with art work through out . Only 35 minutes to north Ainsworth Hot Springs or 35 south to White water ski hill . Kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cutlery you need . Coffee maker with local coffee roaster coffees to use . The space House has a fully equipped kitchen , TV , Netflix, Wifi , glacier water on tap , mineral water hot tub ,heated blankets , deck , 2 bedrooms with queen beds , A window bed and single pull out bed in living room . For motorcyclist we can arrange for you to use the garage if needed . Great place for kids . Guest access You can use the whole house , we will send you a key code to get in . Most likely no one will be there to greet you . It’s your place we don’t want to intrude . But we can be contacted at anytime by Facebook, phone , instagram , email or the hard to use Airbnb message thing . We have a map in the house of all the trails you can explore . Very dog friendly, Other things to note Lots of wild animals on the property . It use to be an old apple orchard back in the 50's . So the few trees left attract Bears , Deer , Turkeys . Mountain lions . Apples are good to eat and organic as it gets . The house was hand built by a miner / logger family in the 50’s . They Used all the wood right of the property to make it . The original cabin they stayed in while building the house , is still on property . House is surrounded with rock samples from various BC mines . Parking spot is made out of core samples . 2 creeks on property . One leads to a huge waterfall . There is a hydro line that goes for 3 miles at top of property . It’s a really nice walk . Dogs more then welcome on it . The locals use this trail lots .
