When all you need is a private & clean bed & bathroom for the night, stay with us! A quick ride from Union Station (10 minutes), or DCA airport (20 minutes). Free non-zoned on-street parking. Two night minimum, no cleaning fee. A private bed & bathroom in the Langdon/Woodridge neighborhood. Washer & dryer available. Fridge/freezer combo, and a microwave in your room. Bed linens and pillows are allergy friendly (non down). Close walking distance to DC nightclub EchoStage and more. The space Enter via the back gate on the right side of the house. The back door brings you into the Mud Room (shared entrance), and you will have your own door to your guest suite. You will not have access to the main house. Guest access You will be provided with a code to enter the back door into the Mud Room and a key for the Guest Suite door which will be hanging on door to your guest suite for your arrival. Motion sensor lights are activated outside the Mud Room door (entry) and in the entry to your guest suite. During your stay Owners available for information about the DC area, points of interest and local restaurants. Also available if you need more towels, etc. Other things to note We have 2 miniature dachshunds, Chip (he/him) & Dale (she/her). You very well may get to meet them as we are in and out frequently through the mudroom to the back yard. Please ensure to always close and latch the back gate. 2025 update - The house is on the market to be sold, however it currently is a slow real estate market so we are returning our guest suite to Airbnb for short term rentals, though only with a month out for availability. The room was freshly painted at the end of 2024 in preparation for the sale. All art work and TV were removed from the walls. Wifi internet is available for streaming entertainment on your own devices (computer, tablet and/or phone). If we obtain a home viewing request from a buyer's agent while we have guests, we will let them know the guest suite is booked and won't be available for in-person viewing.
