The house is an extremely comfortable, recently upgraded and spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We have the best weather in the San Francisco Bay Area, not too hot, and not too cold. We have just completed major updates to the house including new laminate flooring throughout, a custom tile master shower/floor with 2 sinks and a granite counter, new lighting and ceiling fans, new stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, air conditioning, fresh paint, high-end furnishings and more! It is a southern facing house with lots of light, vaulted ceilings, and minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and highway 680 / 880 access. The house comfortably fits 8, with 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 twin beds, and a twin size futon chair. All beds have comfortable, clean, high-end mattresses in sealed mattress protectors. We can provide an Aerobed for a 8th person. Guest access You have access to the entire home, a huge backyard, and a fantastic, new redwood deck. The garage may be used for the washer/dryer, access to the garbage cans or exit in emergency, but not for any other purposes, as it's also being used for storage. Other things to note The fireplace damper needs a little TLC, so it's not operational yet. Children/babies are welcome (a portable crib is available); however, the house may not be entirely suitable for young toddlers/toddlers. Please inquire about any safety concerns. An additional standard cleaning charge of $40 will apply to reservations with more than 5 people. If the house is left in a condition which requires extra cleaning regardless of the number of guests, there will be an additional cleaning charge. The security deposit does not cover damage to the deck cable railings. For longer stays, there may be an additional charge toward the end of your stay to cover potential excessive utility costs. This charge would be refunded or partially refunded after the utility bill is received - this situation is highly unlikely, however, if sensible energy use practices are followed. For reservations longer than 1 month, there will be an additional monthly cleaning fee for professional cleaners to clean during your stay.
