The Lodge Rossbeigh is an 18th-century stone cottage with many original features that preserve its old-world charm. The Lodge Rossbeigh - Sleeps 6The Lodge Rossbeigh has large windows so you and your guests can appreciate the magnificent views from many of the rooms. This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Cottage-style kitchen and dining area - Large and bright living room with open fire and Tv - Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 - Bathroom with electric shower over bath and separate toilet The living area features comfortable furnishings and a Tv, providing direct access to the patio area, where you can unwind and take in the stunning views. Outside this seaside holiday accommodation, there is a lawned garden and parking for two cars. Towels are provided within the home. It is an ideal beach for swimming, windsurfing, sailing, sea fishing and many more water sports. There is also a fabulous outdoor kids' playground located beside this beautiful sandy beach and only 300m from this seaside holiday home. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival, how this is calculated or before making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or at other times it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year, this can increase to €500 per property.
