Heart of Georgetown -- walk to restaurants, waterfront and museums. Private Entrance to Ground Level of 4 level classic recently renovated townhouse. Kitchen, Bath & Bedroom, Sitting area furnished with sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The space The Ground Level Apt is very private, with private entrance, tv and sitting areas in each room. We rent two rooms on this level with a share of the kitchen and bathroom. There is a front bedroom and a back bedroom and each with private entrance. Guest access Entire Ground Level Apartment with private entrance to each rented room. During your stay My husband and I are residing on the top three levels. I am in the house most of the day and available as needed. As a note, I speak French too! Other things to note The Ground level is shared (two bedrooms), but basically a separate apartment from the main house.
