You will have access to your room and bathroom with a private entrance and off-street parking. We can arrange for one of the best masseuses in Santa Barbara to come and give you a very special massage in your room...The cost is: $130/hour...deep tissue massage is also available for an additional $10/hour... We live in a very quiet residential neighborhood down a dead end lane...Our place is situated near the end of the lane over a picturesque bridge and down a private drive which leads to our entry gates. There is a bus stop that is less than one block away that will take you right into downtown Santa Barbara. You could also be in Santa Barbara within 10 minutes by car. Free parking for one car is included. Since AirBNB does not collect the Transient Occupancy Tax, you must pay the 14% Transient Occupancy Tax based on the nightly rental total collected, in cash when you arrive. Also, there is a late check-in fee of $50.00 for check-in later than 10:00PM. The bathroom is equipped with an electronic warm water bidet. We also strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Please also note that we do have one very calm, friendly, and disciplined small dog who lives with us on the property as well.
