A beautiful preserved historic home in the popular Park Ave area. Ideal for those passing through or those seeking a little time away. This is not a private house rental. The space Room is located on the 2nd floor just right of the 2nd floor bathroom (Bedroom 1). This room has is own private bathroom which has been recently repaired. Master bathroom has some cosmetic work left; however, it is fully functional. Guest access Guests will have access to the bed room they select as well as the common areas of the home - kitchen, laundry, living room.
