Mid-century golf course, pool home, great location

This is a totally newly remodeled bright and spacious modern home right on the Golf course of the Indian Canyon Estates in South Palm Springs. It has all the amenities, private pool and Jacuzzi, large windows for indoor and outdoor living. Great view. Tot 6414. Id 2989 The space This house is our own vacation residence, which we love and cherish. Everything has been remodeled including the pool and the entire house, pipes, Ac, etc. It is very spacious and feels airy and bright. all counter tops are Cesar stone and Chrome fixtures as well as steel appliances. The furniture is tasteful and high end. We keep the place in mint condition and only rent to very respectful guests. Thankyou Guest access The guest will have access to the entire house except the owners closet. However, there are plenty of empty closets to fit all you belongings and clothing. Myself or my manger will greet you and show you briefly around. we are always close by to assist in anything you might need. Just call or text. Additional guests are subject to an extra fee, Pets as well, and it is based on owners approval. We offer pool heat. That is optional and $ 50 per day. The city tax 11.5% is charged upon arrival and payable in cash to the manager. Tom, who is wonderful, will take care of any of your needs during your stay. Have a lovely relaxing time under the delicious grapefruit and Lemmon Trees :) Other things to note The check out is around 10-11 Am. Tom will arrange that with you and meet you to say goodbye.
