The space The space is on the second floor of a two story mixed use building with a narrow staircase in the front and spiral stairs to a small deck off the bedroom in the rear. There is no handicap accessibility. There is also a claw foot tub in the bathroom that is a bit higher than normal. Other things to note Pets are not permitted in the loft, including service animals.
