The space This unit features quality appliances including 3 door fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is plenty of bedding and towels as well as shampoo and hairdryers. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics and a few wonderful extras. Guest access Two bedrooms with closet space and drawer space. Full Laundry in the unit. Flat-panel 4K screen, excellent sound, BluRay player, high-speed fibre optic wifi. A single parking space is available for $20 a night extra. Other things to note Before you check in we must receive from you: - An up to date list of the full names of all guests staying overnight. - The colour, make and license number of any car being parked in the building. - Your anticipated arrival time at the building (check in time is 4:00 pm or after but if available you may park your car earlier and return when the apartment has been serviced.) 
- Agreement to keep the host informed immediately of any schedule changes and to message the host 30 minutes prior to your arrival and again after arriving at the building.
 - Confirmation from you that all guests and visitors are aware of the house rules and agree to them. The above information is required for security and is considered confidential and for use by the host only when deemed necessary. Any non-provision of the above information on a timely basis may result in the cancellation of your reservation. AFTER CHECK IN - 
If there are any additional guests not registered or any violation of the house rules the host may immediately cancel the reservation and all in attendance must vacate immediately with no guarantee of refund of any kind. The entire apartment has been inventoried and if any item is missing there will be a minimum $100 charge.
