The main house is a three bedroom, 2 bath 2100sf gem with hardwood floors and completely remodeled interior, with a huge 600 sf sunroom/living room just feet from the river. This house has a king and queen in the master, and two twin beds. Second Bedroom has a queen bed, and third has two full size beds. Lastly, the living room has a comfortable memory foam fold out queen mattress in the couch. The two story house next door has three apartments; the upstairs loft apartment has a king and a full bed, the second apartment has a queen, the third has a queen. That allows 22 people to sleep on beds for all the units. For kids, there are four couches in the various units, and we have two queen air mattresses with provided linens. This could potentially accomodate a group of up to 25. Please provide an accurate total of guests when you book. Airbnb only allows up to 16. For counts over 16, up to 25, we will provide the extra linens and towles, and charge an extra $5 per guest per night, added to your reservation after you book. There is a live in property manager available that lives in another separate and secluded unit on the property that does not use any of the common areas seen in the pictures. Guest access The entire one acre property is available for your use, with parking for up to twelve vehicles included. Other things to note Out of Respect for Neighbors, Please keep noise to a normal conversation level outside after 10pm, and loud music indoors. Parties/Events with other than booking guests listed on the reservation are restricted due to the properties` location in a residential neighborhood.
