This 2000 sq. ft. executive apartment has all new furnishings and appliances. You will love the open feel of the 14ft. ceilings and french doors leading to both of the balconies. It is located on the second floor of a two story building and to the East it overlooks the Memorial Park which is a great place to walk on the paths around the lake and along Pensacola Bay. There is always a pleasant breeze blowing off of the Bay that makes the balconies very pleasant. The space This apartment sleeps 8. It has a king bed, a queen bed, and two queen sofa sleepers. One sofa sleeper is in the main living room. The other is in the back 13.5 x 13 office area. Other things to note We do require guest to be 21 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
