Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work. An exclusive perk of this unit is its dedicated heated underground parking space for one vehicle, ensuring you never have to scrape off snow or ice. Additional outdoor parking for one car is available in the shared onsite lot. But the delights don't end there!
