Home is designed for natural light to flow into all windows as there are expansive desert mountain views from the inside living and dining rooms and kitchen areas to enjoy. Relax around our garden courtyard with plenty of palm trees and bougainvillea that surround the saltwater pool and spa patio garden areas. The space ATTENTION: This home is located in a very quiet, highly desired residential neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There are full time owners living around all sides of the property. There is a No Tolerance Policy for excessive noise, adding occupancy more the 6 persons, not adhering to quiet times around the pool area and courtyards from 10pm to 8am, parties and smoking inside. Parking is limited to two cars only. All guest staying at Desert Retreat are clearly informed of the No Tolerance Policy and agree to abide by City of La Quinta noise ordnance rules or guest may be evicted. If you do not feel comfortable with the No Tolerance Policy then do not book Desert Retreat. ______________________________________________________________ Feel right at home at your hacienda "Desert Retreat," located at the Historic La Quinta 'Top of the Cove" just a few steps to the Bear Creek Canyon and Oasis walking trail which is also popular spot for running, walking, hiking and mountain bicycles. "Desert Retreat" is completely surrounded by privacy wall so guest can enjoy the pool/spa area along with our THREE beautiful garden patios day or evening with large outdoor fountain. The outdoor pool is naturally heated and recently resurfaced in a dark blue color scheme. The outdoor patio barbeque area has 6 different sitting areas to lounge in with plenty of bougainvillea, lemon trees and palm trees to view. Just read all the 5 Star reviews from past guest! Once inside, relax in front of the fireplace and enjoy all of the custom artwork and furnishings throughout the home. Open level floor plan with vaulted ceilings and porcelain tile floors. Dimmer lights switches are all over the hacienda. Have your family all gather around our formal dining area with wood table and chairs with lighted cabinets. All bedroom sets are new with new fresh linens and pillows. Second bedroom has formal wood desk with garden view. Separate bar area with sink. High Speed 5G Internet for all devices, large Smart TV with HD TV package and Netflix plus Bose Stereo Radio. Washer and dryer for your use. Kitchen and pantry are stocked with everything you need. "Desert Retreat" is a place for your well deserved rest and relaxation and occasional stroll up to the oasis... Other things to note Owner request guest to be over 30 years of age please. Couples with children are ok as long as all children and adults are WATER SAFE since there is a pool and spa without a fence or gate. Each time when going to courtyard and pool area please keep all outside doors closed. Upon checking out please run dishwasher cycle. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am please be respectful to all of our neighbors. Desert Retreat is my primary home so please deliver it back in the same condition as it was prepared for you...
