Or relax indoors playing board games, cards or just cuddle up with a cozy blanket and a book from our small collection of novels. When it comes time to rest, you will not get a better night’s sleep! The city of Scottsdale limits the number of occupants at a short-term vacation rental to 6 adults plus their related dependent children. Max occupancy shall not exceed 6 persons. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: To provide our guests with the safest, cleanest, and best experience possible, we'd like to remind you that.. NO SMOKING Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in the home (including vaping, e-cigs, etc.) and will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. Any cigarette butts found in the yard will result in a $25 fine per occurrence. NO PETS Although we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed in or on the property and will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee. NO GLASS For safety reason, glass cups, bottles, dishes, containers, etc. are not allowed in the backyard or on the patio. If broken glass is found in the backyard, a $100 fine will be assessed. TRASH & RECYCLING We care about our planet and want to make sure we are doing what we can to help protect it! All trash and recycling must be placed in the appropriate bins prior to your checkout. The BLACK trash bin & PINK recycling bin are located along the side of the south side of the house in the backyard. Only loose, recyclable items are allowed in the recycling bin - the city will not pick up recycling if there are bags of any kind inside the bin. A $100 fee will be charged for garbage (regular trash) OR bagged items put in the recycling bin. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN OR ON THE PROPERTY. The City of Scottsdale has enacted a strict no noise policy. If police are called for a noise complaint they can issue the guests fines of up to $2500. The policy applies to everyone in Scottsdale. Please be kind and courteous to our neighbors and respect the outside quiet hours of 9pm - 7am. SECURITY The Ring cameras are in place for your security and protection. We do not monitor our guests. Footage is only reviewed in the case of an incident. Tampering with, removing, covering up or otherwise disabling the Ring security cameras is cause for immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund for any unused nights. CHECKOUT It is very important our cleaning staff has immediate access to the house after guest departure. As such, any late departure without prior approval from the host WILL result in a $25 fee per 15 minutes past the stated checkout time, charged in 15 minute increments. Please complete the checkout procedures before departure.
