Beautiful clean in law suite in a private home with a bedroom, bath, washer/dryer, small living space, stocked kitchen and private entrance. 1 mile to Ballston Metro, free street parking upon request. Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you! The space Deluxe house that has a self check in key coded entrance to a private, one bedroom apartment. The apartment includes a full kitchen, coffee/tea bar, living room area with HD smart tv, office desk, bathroom, bedroom with Ritz Carlton sheets and washer/dryer. Guest access Guests will have access to their private one bedroom apartment via a door with an electronic, digital lock. You will be given a 4 digit code to use during your stay. When you arrive, press the 4 digit code, turn the knob to the right, press the latch and it will open. To lock, press the 4 digit code, turn the know to the left, wait for the click and double check to make sure it is locked. You will be sent a video showing how to access the electronic lock code. It is really very easy. Other things to note There is a small, white, hypoallergenic dog (Cavachon) in the other part of the house that is very friendly. When people knock at the door or the UPS/mailman comes between 12-3 she barks like crazy. Other than that you will not know she is in the house.
