This fun two-bedroom/one bath home is filled with one-of-a-kind furnishings and thoughtful touches. It’s just three blocks from the beach and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. (dog friendly - no other pets / fees apply) The space - sleeps 6 - 1 queen bed - 1 bunk bed (twin over full) - 1 day bed in the living room - full kitchen (no dishwasher) - dining area - dog-friendly (fees apply / $18 per pet, per night - dogs only) - charcoal BBQ - free wireless internet - basic cable TV - three blocks to beach and prom Guest access Only this unit. Other things to note This vacation rental requires a two night minimum stay during the off season and and four night minimum during the summer season. We charge a $50 cleaning fee. Compliance and taxes: This unit is part of the Sandy Cove Inn and is licensed by the City of Seaside for short term rentals. Room taxes will be collected by Airbnb and paid to the appropriate agencies. Pets: Dogs are allowed in this unit but must be declared. We charge an additional $18 per pet, per night.
