We are a 800 square foot condo on the Ski hill in Kimberley, British Columbia and the award winning Trickle Creek Golf course is a five minute walk. The space The condo is a one bedroom (very large) with a separate kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for an extended stay. We have a new full size refrigerator, range with a self cleaning oven, dishwasher and an over the range microwave. The living room has two futons that fold down into queen size beds. A 49 inch flat panel TV with a mountain of movies for you to enjoy. We also have a Netflix subscription for even more movie choices. Guest access There is a 12 person hot tub, dry sauna and a laundry area (no charge) as well. Two BBQ, in a covered area with picnic tables. Other things to note We are 1020 930 Dogwood Drive, Kimberley BC - which is right in the middle of our complex, there is a fire hydrant just outside the door to help you find it. We have covered parking as well as parking outside the door, I suggest you grab a spot under cover so your car or truck will be covered. We have lockers for your ski’s or whatever else so they are the right temp when you put them on in the morning, they are located next to the hot tub. The door is locked but you will have a key. We have a heated tuning room if you want to touch up your skis or bike and it is located in the same building as the hot tub and the covered parking. It is locked but you have a key. Yes you have a free laundry with a dryer if you want to dry your wet clothes after a day of skiing/biking. It is locked but you have a key. There are three dry saunas’ if you need to warm up, again they are locked but you will have a key. Lastly the hot tub, it is locked but you will have a key. The pool boy comes every morning so if there is any problem please let him know, his name is Sheldon. The door code is provided after payment (please call me @ (403) 304-3699) and it is tested and changed after each rental so please do not worry about anyone coming in. We have guests checking out the day before at 9:00 A.M. please contact me if there is any problems . There is no daily maid service so only one set of towels and sheets for the stay. There is an extra charge if you need anything more. My number is (403) 304 3699. The TV remote is pretty simple we have Telus Optic TV with a PVR in both the living room and bedroom. We have a mountain of movies on Blu Ray, DVD and VHS. We also have Netflix if you want more movie choices. Call me if you need any help. Free WiFi access code is 4033043699 and the access name is MER1020, it is case sensitive so be careful, again if you have a problem call me. TELUS Internet is on call for service problems. The phone number is in the TV Stand. Please only call him if I can’t help you. The magic keys are hanging on the wall next to the phone. These keys gets you into the hot tub, the laundry, the sauna, the tuning room and the lockers. Please make sure you leave it for the next guest. You would call Doug for maintenance issues like snow removal, leaking pipes or other major problems. Burned out light bulbs or other minor issues you would call me.
