Center Hill Lake Indian Creek Getaway-Pet Friendly

Cozy rustic private home two minutes from Indian Creek boat launch on 16 acres at beautiful Center Hill Lake. Secluded but convenient location. Great place to relax and enjoy a quiet and peaceful getaway. The space This is a secluded, private home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. (Approx 900-1000 sq ft) Full kitchen with cooking supplies, pots, pans, dishes, coffee bar (coffee, hot cocoa, several flavors of creamer, and several types of sweeteners provided). There is a small countertop automatic dishwasher…in addition to regular dishes, we will also provide paper plates, plastic cutlery and solo cups so you may not have to wash as much. Large screened in front porch with comfortable patio furniture, a hammock and a small dining table. There is also a wood burning fire pit out back. Large covered back patio with gas grill and picnic table. There is no view of the lake from this cabin, it is heavily wooded and about half a mile from the water. This home is approximately a half mile from the Indian Creek boat ramp (less than 2 minute drive). Easy boat or kayak/canoe access. Convenient location to main roads and just a few minutes to Smithville. Several marinas are within a 15 minute drive. Several state parks are nearby for hiking or sightseeing destinations. There are 3 Roku TVs available…please note that you will need to use your own streaming service. Guest access Entire house is available for private access by guests. There is a garage on the property which is not available for guest access. Rarely (if ever) there may be times we need to access our garage, but would not disturb guests. The garage is detached from the house and is down the hill near the road. Other things to note There is a security camera located near the rear entrance of the home and one on the garage. Also note that you will need to use your own streaming service on the 3 Roku TVs. *Also note that our home may not be ideal for children under the age of 4 (due to antiques and small items within reach in living areas).
