The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Giving you an opportunity to make it your home away from home at the beach. Come Enjoy!! The space The Winkler Apartment is named after Henry Winkler (a.k.a. the Fonz) who lived above the Cunningham's garage on the TV show, Happy Days. The Winkler Apartment is fully self-contained and is located a short distance to downtown Rehoboth and various tax free, outlet malls all along Route 1 and only 2.5 miles to the beach. Guest access Two manual Bicycles are available on a first come, first served basis. Helmet are also available inside the apartment. Other things to note Route 1 is the main highway in and out of town and features a plethora of tax-free outlet shops to choose from. *Coffee/ Tea: The kitchen is equipped with a no filter drip coffee maker, Keurig single cup and pour over coffee making options.
