Oversized room with private access

Large family room style area with 3 couches and a high top table with 3 chairs. Murphy bed, queen sized. Full bathroom with double sink and large shower (double shower heads). Mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and wet bar sink. Private entrance, through sliding glass door, around the back. Access and private use of small patio area. The space Queen sized Murphy bed sleeps 2. Couches, provide seating area. Additional guests allowed ONLY with notice. Ample space to relax, table for doing work or eating. **No Kitchen, there IS a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, tosater and a sink. **Privacy afforded to guests. Entrance is through the rear of the town home, you do have to walk across grass to get to the patio door. **No Pets/Animals allowed** Guest access Lower level - private use to you, with locked door to the upper level. Upper level - not accessible. A key will be left in a lock box and upon reservation, a code will be provided. Upon check out, the door is to be locked and the key returned to the lock box. During your stay Private access, means you can come and go as you please without entering upper level. IF you find you have a need, you can always reach out to me. Other things to note Walking distance from grocery store as well as fast food. Bike path near home leads to downtown Naperville. 3 miles from Naperville Metra station, there is a bus from the Metra station to approx. 5 blocks from my home.
