Cottage on lakeside property.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached. The space The interior is all redwood, and with the carpeting and curtains, it is very cozy. The room is on lakefront property, and the water is just a short walk across the grounds. There is a double bed (not a queen) in the bedroom and a shower stall in the bath. There are both heating and air conditioning, as well as a coffee maker and dorm-sized refrigerator. We have a couple of wicker chairs and a small table set by the flower box outside the doorway. Look across the large lawn through all the beautiful trees to the lake. Walk the shoreline on the community-designated promenade. Guest access Stroll down the winding stone path to the lawn area and on to the lake. Share our peaceful patio and the cut-field-stone deck overlooking the water. Make use of our lawn games: cornhole or bocci ball. We have two kayaks that are also available; no charge. There is a buoy for boat tie-up, but no boat dock or ramp. Pay to launch about 1/4 mile away. Access to the water is out a cement walkway for swimming or launching of kayaks.
