The River House escape

Cozy house that has modern new kitchen and baths and lots of living space. Comfortable beds and great views. Rivers and marsh as far as you can see. Walk down dock and get into your boat. Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet. The space Your space includes three bedroom house ; master with private bath, queen bed, with sliding glass doors to enjoy the view. Second bedroom has a king bed and pedestal sink. Third bedroom has a double and single bed with a pedestal sink. Bedroom two and three share a beautiful tiled bathroom with big shower and bay window. The house is furnished with antiques. The floating dock is a safe place to tie up-your boat overnight and dock shed is a great place to clean your seafood that was freshly caught out of the many rivers. The yard was just sodded and beautiful covered porches are great for dining or just sitting to enjoy the view. Our house is private and secure. We have washer and dryer on premises and private parking. The caretaker is in his camper and is out of sight. He is available if you have questions or if you need anything.u Guest access The entire house is yours. I do not provide breakfast but you have a beautiful kitchen with all amenities. There is an outdoor cooking area with a grill and gas burner for cooking crabs or frying fish that you caught from our dock. A big table with bunches and chairs. Lights for night.
