My house is clean and quiet, a place to relax and get a good night's sleep. If you have forgotten anything, mostly likely I have some to share. Southern hospitality and charm. Breakfast in the morning. Local restaurants offer a variety of cuisine, 17 miles from Churchill Downs, and 12 miles to downtown. There are 3 bedrooms available plus home has 2 1/2 bathrooms. If needed there is a washing machine and drier available and an ironing board and iron are handy. Another refrigerator with space is located in the garage. Should another room be booked, the bathroom would be shared with that person, otherwise it would be private. Linens and bathroom are cleaned daily. Derby Week, the bathroom will be shared, but only if another room is booked, other times only this room Cozy & Quiet room is booked, and you have a big private bath. Bathroom cleaned daily and fresh clean towels each day. During your stay I've lived in this home for 47 years, I know the area and on request I can print a list of local attractions, restaurants and entertainment. I'm ready to chat and share conversations if you are! The mailman picks up mail every day except Sunday and I have full mailing service in my home office. You pay for the exact postage if shipping packages or using stamps. Other things to note Louisville has a lot of interesting places to discover and history abounds. My neighborhood is a great place to walk; flat with a few little inclines. Located 2 miles from grocery stores and with a convenient store with a gas station just 4 blocks from my house.
