Downtown Studio Apartment

The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room. The space The studio apartment is for your use. There will be a door separating the studio from a garage and backyard parking area. The backyard will be used by owners during events such as 4th of July and Lander Live. The guests are always welcome to join in the gatherings, if they'd like too. Guest access Guests have access to the entire front which is the studio. Please respectfully stay out of the garage. Other things to note Check out time is 12:00 noon. Guests are asked to strip the bed after their stay and leave all dirty linens, towels etc. in a pile on the closet floor. Guests are asked to return all items they have moved or used to where they found them. Reminder that the ladder is detachable if you should like to remove it for safety reasons.
