There are 3 bedrooms with large beds (king or queen), another bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk (plus a futon), another twin-over-full bunk in the finished basement, plus a pull-out sofas in both living rooms. The common area is an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The association beach is a 10 minute walk, the boat launch, playground, and tennis courts are a 5 minute walk. Available areas include deck, backyard, fire pit, plus association areas of playground, tennis courts, and beach Available remotely by email or phone and will come in person for emergency issues, with remote check-in. Chalk Pond is a private 21 acre pond only open to members of the association with a private beach and boat launches (non-motorized only). Driveway parking for 3 cars (2 in winter). No on-street parking in the winter (nearby park-and-ride if needed). 10 minutes to I-93. In the winter, 2 of the driveway spots are plowed when more than ~3 inches falls. It is possible that some light shoveling will be required. 1 gig wifi available, and AT&T TV setup on the living room TV with 90 live channels.
