GUEST HOUSE: There is a completely separate apartment featuring another bedroom, bathroom, living room & kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs. Guest access On this beach you can drive, ride horses, fish, surf, ride ATVs, view incredible wildlife, and build fires right on the sand. From this fabulous location, world class wineries, golf, hot springs, biking, hiking, and the wonderful Montagna de Oro are all short drives. It is the perfect place to find relaxation and adventure, while also serving as a home base to visit many nearby sites. San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Cambria, Heart Castle, are easy day trips. While cars are quite far from the house and there is approximately a 150' restricted area stretching from the house to where vehicles are allowed, guests must be alert to traffic and families with small children need to plan accordingly.
