Located just a few blocks from Main St, Lake Charlevoix and the Jordan River and a short drive to Charlevoix, Boyne City, Bellaire and all northern Michigan has to offer. A perfect location for a truly a one-of-a-kind stay for your Up North getaway. Pets welcome! The space Embrace the experience of how to "LIVE with the JUNK you LOVE"! The house is furnished and staged by the retail/salvage shop adjoining the property. When not rented, the house is used as an extended showroom for the shop so many of the furnishings are actually for sale and ever changing. So, if you LOVE it...you can buy it...wall decor, kitchen table, coffee table, dressers, desk, lighting, and even the bathroom sink! The large backyard slopes down away from the road and offers privacy away from the hustle and bustle. Enough room for some yard games, bonfire (firepit provided) and outdoor lounging. The master bedroom boasts a handmade, natural mattress from Harbor Springs Mattress Company. A delight to sink into after a day of adventure. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and yard. All of the home essentials are provided, including kitchen utensils and cookware. Fresh bedding is provided in all bedrooms with additional available, if needed. Additional amenities include board games, beach towels and swim noodles, dog leash and toys, a kettle charcoal grill (charcoal provided), yard games and fire pit (wood provided) Other things to note The house is equipped with wifi but not cable. The TV has a chromecast stick that works with the Google Home app. There are instructions to connect, if you wish to watch movies via your Netflix, Hulu or other accounts.
