It's ideal for any get-together. Whether you want to tuck away here or experience the nearby attractions, you have great access to Eastside Athens, Downtown Watkinsville, or Loop 10 to Downtown Athens. Immerse yourself and recharge in natural beauty without giving up any amenities. We have abundant activities onsite, including inspiring water views and endless entertainment. Our custom-built 60-foot waterslide was inspired by our grandson Sam. It is a hit with both the young and the young at heart! Kayaks, paddleboards, and water bikes ensure endless water fun. And did we mention the saltwater pool and hot tub? The pool and/or hot tub can even be heated in winter for an extra charge! It comes with a decked-out outdoor pool house. You don't need to leave the waterside festivities to use the outdoor kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry. Don't want to get in the water? Kick back at the gazebo to soak in the sights and sounds of the Oconee River. Head over to the lake dock to catch sight of the egrets gliding by, or try your luck at fishing for bass or brim. Take a shot at disc golf or get a game of basketball going. Want something more low-key? Get some fresh air by taking a peaceful walk around our lake trail. Maybe you're more of an inside person? Guest access Guests will have access to the entire first and second floors of the home except for a few storage rooms. There is no access to the basement. Other things to note NO ROWDY PARTIES are allowed. NO SMOKING - No smoking inside or outside on the property. NO FIRES or open flames allowed anywhere on the property. NO PETS - if you require the use of a service animal, please message us and we will discuss accommodations. OBSERVE QUIET HOURS and be respectful to our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. We are on almost 10 acres, so there is a lot of space. We still have neighbors, so please be respectful and considerate so that this space can continue to be enjoyed by all. The fireplace has been serviced and is available for use in the winter. Pianos - you are welcome to play them. Please DO NOT place drinks or other objects on pianos. Please do not sit on top of the piano, only on the stools provided. We provide toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, and cleaning products. Please use what you need for your stay, but leave any unused items here. Babies should be monitored at all times. There are a lot of stairs, cabinets, and unfenced bodies of water. There are no playpens, cribs, baby gates, baby rails, or high chairs at the property. Babies are welcome but we are not equipped with baby gear or safety products. Monitor children at all times. Children should not be left to play outside without an adult.
