Private Carriage House near Colgate University

A fully renovated, private two-story carriage house with studio-style bedroom and bath, upstairs over your private game room. A shared pool is available for your use. Located on the historical Fan Ling Farm just 1 mile outside of the quaint village of Hamiton, Colgate University in idyllic upstate NY. The space A very private fully renovated upstairs studio-style bedroom and bathroom space with private entrance and all the comforts of home. Amenities include all linens and towels, soap and shampoo and paper products. On the lower level there is a game room complete with pool table, and garden games like badminton, croquet and Bauchi ball. Also, a dry bar area complete with a Keurig coffee maker (and a selection of coffee pods) microwave and electric hot water pot. There are no kitchen or cooking facilities within the space or available. Guests have access to the grounds and shared pool. The owners and 2 Flat-Coated retrievers, Piper & Tango, are on the property. The Carriage House is very separated from the primary residence and is a very private space. No other areas of the home are rented. Guest access In addition to the private space and use of the Carriage House, guests can enjoy the grounds and pool area. Other things to note There are 2 very friendly Flat-Coated Retrievers, Tango and Piper on the property but are not allowed in the Carriage House. For the security of our guests as well as for our property we do have 4 outdoor security cameras.
