Guest suite in Weaverville

Tranquil Waters is a sacred space 15min north of Asheville N.C. This is not a party house. If you dislike critters or bugs, this isn't the place for you. The rental space is the whole downstairs. It is 864sq ft. including, private entrance, 1 private bedroom, 4 bunks in a separate room, a sofa and a small kitchen area (no stove) with microwave, toaster oven and a mini fridge. 1 bath. I live up stairs. The space may not be appropriate for infants... The space This private sanctuary sits on a hill surrounded by hemlocks. Down the path surrounding the property is the tranquil water of Flat Creek, the namesake of the sanctuary. There is no TV. Wi-Fi is available upon request. One dog and one cat live upstairs. Guest access You will have shared access to a 6 person hot tub. I usually don’t use the hot tub when I have guest. I just reserve the right to :) Other things to note The space may not be appropriate for infants. There are many stairs and a cast iron wood stove that sits on a rock base. There is an extra charge per person past two (even infants)
