According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign and complete a Reservation Agreement along with guest details. The Reservation Agreement will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. Reservation Agreement includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable. Additional ID is required. We reserve the right to do further background checks. Reservation is not complete until Reservation Agreement and Addendum is completed, reviewed and approved which must occur before check-in instructions are provided. Maximum Occupancy is 10, maximum adults is 7. Minimum age 25 We reserve the right to decline requests leaving a 2 night gap in the calendar. We reserve the right to require a 2-3 night between reservations. 5-7 night minimum stay during Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year Holiday season, and other peak convention periods. Reservations not accepted which include a check-in or check-out on holidays. PARKING: Recreational Vehicles or other vehicle used or designed for use as lodging or sleeping accommodations, bus, boat, trailer, camper, cargo container, or personal water craft may NOT be parked at or on the property or on the street at any time (including not for drop off) Registration Details REG2015-00037
