Beachfront Studio & Rothbar Puppy Park

Welcome to Beachfront Studio & Rothbar Puppy Park in wonderful Crescent City, CA. Beautifully furnished for your comfort and the style of the Pacific Ocean in mind, Beachfront Studio features a one bedroom, one bath apartment with a comfortable queen-size bed, an equally relaxing double-size futon/bed, a large sofa and an open-concept living room/kitchen/dining room/sun room with Direct TV and wireless Internet access. The space The apartment has a large kitchen that is fully equipped. The bathroom has a recently remodeled shower and you have access to the laundry room with a 1/2 bath. The property is located on Pebble Beach Drive, with unmatched ocean views from the property or you can head down to the beach - just a short 1/2 block walk away! However, best of all is the breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. Directly in front of you lies a grassy area with table and benches to enjoy majestic sunsets, miles and miles of deep blue ocean and sea stacks where you may often see migrating whales and adventurous surfers. The backyard features a landscaped area for your fur babies to potty and equipped with chairs, a portable fire pit and a gas barbecue. Directly behind of our back yard, we own another piece of property which we call the Rothbar Puppy Park. The puppy park is approximately 1/2 acre that is fully fenced, with a small garden and lots of grass and textures for your pups to explore and enjoy. Within the puppy park is a 10x12 ft. puppy spa with warm water and electricity to bathe and dry your 4-legged friends after a romp on the beach. We allow dogs only, no cats. In addition to these wonderful accommodations, my art studio adjoins the studio apartment. I use this studio for art classes and to create various art that includes silk painting, fused glass and mosaics. You may make arrangements to participate in a variety of art classes for a nominal fee. Guest access The apartment is the first level of a 3-level home that faces the Pacific Ocean. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the home and and apartment has its own private entrance. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, a double size futon/couch in the sun room that sleeps 2 small children or one adult and a large comfortable couch that could sleep 2 children or 1 adult. There is a 58 inch large screen TV with DirectTV and access to the internet. You will be able to use a shared laundry room, the back yard and the puppy park. Other things to note When you initially book our apartment, please indicate the number of guests, the number of beds needed and the number of pets and size of the pets. We allow only dogs, no cats, birds, reptiles, pigs, etc. Canines only. There is an additional $25 fee for pets. We have found that our house keeper requires additional time to thoroughly clean the apartment when guests have pets. We appreciate your understanding. This fee will be requested after you have confirmed your reservation.
