The Rock & Roll House is a brand new 2 bed, 1 bath Craftsman located within walking distance to Historic Downtown Chickasha! The entire house has recently gone through an extensive remodel to the studs and was completed in February of 2021. The fully equipped kitchen has all new cabinets, granite countertops, brand new appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator), subway tile backsplash and is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal: dishes, coffee maker, silverware, knives set, spatulas, baking sheets, pots/pans, wine opener, etc. The house is 1000 sq ft and has 9 foot tall ceilings which makes for a very spacious feel throughout. There are two very comfortable private bedrooms with brand new queen size beds and 6 foot walk in closets. We also provide a queen size electric air mattress which can comfortably sleep 2 people. Our sectional couch in the living room can also sleep one guest for a total of sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. The house is equipped with high speed WIFI internet which makes it perfect for all guests especially those who work and require fast internet! Our vibey living room has a 60 inch ROKU TV and we provide Netflix and YouTube TV for our guests! The house also has brand new central heat and air and spray foam insulation so it stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The bathroom has a large granite countertop vanity with plenty of space and storage drawers. The bathroom also has a large tub/shower with new fixtures and a tall shower head - (I'm 6"6 so i designed it to work well for all guests!) The laundry room is VERY spacious and has a brand new Maytag Washer and Dryer as well as granite counter space for hanging and folding clean laundry. My wife and I are musicians so we decided to go with a subtle Rock & Roll Theme. We discovered short term rentals from years of touring and staying at airbnb properties across the county, which inspired us to become hosts! This property is 100% contactless check in. Once you complete the booking, we will send you the House Manual and door code and you can check-in at your convenience. Note: We require a credit card on file for a security deposit / incidentals for all bookings at our property. We place a credit hold of $300 2 days before your arrival and the deposit is fully refunded within 24 hours of departure as long as our house rules are honored and there is no damage to the property.
