King Bed and a Crib, Beautiful Whole House

Listing is for a beautiful WHOLE HOUSE near South Coast Plaza area and near John Wayne airport. The house is furnished in an eclectic style. You will have a bedroom with a king bed and a second room nursery with a crib. Host or others do not share home. Extra beds are not offered. No commercial use, parties, smoking, drugs, mail delivery or pets. Due to host’s allergies, do not bring an Emotional Support Animal. A history of positive reviews with Airbnb is required. The space This house is near Irvine, Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. It is convenient for most of Southern California. The house has a TV in the living room only. You will have access to the whole house. There is also laundry in the garage. Shared space is the yard where gardener comes every other Tuesday and trash barrels are taken out. Guest access I may come by on Tuesday evening to take care of trash. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and I may ask you to park on the right side. I occasionally need to remove the truck in the left side of the garage. Other things to note Please tell us about yourselves, where you are from, what you do, and why you are coming to Orange County. Please do not consider this listing if you need to bring an ESA animal due to host allergies. We try to keep this an allergen free home. There are coasters that need to be used on all wood and marble surfaces to protect them from cold drink condensation or heat from beverages.
