You will have a bedroom with a king bed and a second room nursery with a crib. Host or others do not share home but sometimes need access to the garage. Extra beds are not offered. No commercial use, parties, smoking, drugs, mail delivery or pets. A history of positive reviews with Airbnb is required. The space This house is near Irvine, Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. It is convenient for most of Southern California. The house has a TV in the living room only. You will have access to the whole house. There is also laundry in the garage. Shared space is the yard where gardener comes every other Tuesday and trash barrels are taken out. Guest access I may come by on Tuesday evening to take care of trash. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and I may ask you to park on the right side. I occasionally need to remove the truck in the left side of the garage.
