Our home is in a quiet neighborhood which connects to Tyger River Park. The park includes, softball fields, frisbee golf, jungle gym for kids, splash pad and fitness trail. The house has a large fenced in back yard and a hot tub. The house is in Woodruff/Reidville and near BMW, in between Spartanburg and Greenville. The room has Netflix, Showtime, Keurig, Snacks and Water. Alison, myself and our sweet loving dog Sullivan live on the property. We will be easily accessible any time of day. You have your own private room with tv including Netflix and a lot of other channels. You have a Keurig machine and k-cups in your room, snacks if you’re hungry and on the go and a bowl of chocolate goodies. You have your own private bathroom which is a tub and shower, two wash bowls. A linen closet full with body towels, beach towels, hand towels and a hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash is available in your bathroom for your convenience. If you forget any extra amenities we have extras for you in your bathroom such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving gel, q-tips, Kleenex, lotion and more. If there is anything you need during your stay, please let us know. You have access to the kitchen, coffee maker, Keurig machine, refrigerator, washer and dryer, living room, back yard, hot tub and your bedroom which will be the first room to the right of the bathroom. Alison and I will also be staying at the home and will be available for questions and always have access to our phones if you would like to get a hold of us. The neighborhood is quiet so please respect our neighbors. I love that we live right next to Tyger River Park and there is an easy walkway to the park. We’re in between Greenville and Spartanburg and 10 miles to GSP International Airport. Uber And Lyft are available in our area and within a 3 mile drive there are restaurants and grocery stores. Greenville is one of the fastest growing cities and there is plenty of family entertainment to enjoy from Top Golf to Sparetime bowling. Spartanburg is one of the coolest towns in America with some of the finest downtown restaurants. Please park on the right side of the driveway. Only one parking space is available.
