The basement it's like its own entire apartment HOWEVER, YOU WILL NEED TO ENTRE THRU THE MAIN PART OF THE HOUSE One full private bedroom & living room area w/ another bed and couches. Kitchen area has sink fridge microwave & Keurig machine. Bathroom has two entrances, one from the bedroom and one from the rec room. We hope everyone who comes finds it fun & relaxing! Entire basement including 4 separate areas; Have some fun in the Rec room with a full size bar/pool table, darts, flat screen. Kick back in the living room on the couches & another large t.v. w/ Premium cable. Maybe play some board games or if you're in the mood, get your workout on the treadmill. The large bedroom also comes w/ a large closet, iron & ironing board, desk & printer and a t.v. Private bathroom with 2 entrances to the bathroom (one thru bedroom) fully stocked with plenty of towels & washcloths & blow dryer & toiletries. Kitchenette area has Keurig machine w/ coffee & tea along with small fridge with freezer and microwave, but feel free to BYOB! Enjoy a glass of wine, a few beers or a smoke on our patio while watching the beautiful sunset every evening in the hot tub. NOTE: This is listing is just for the basement apartment, we will still be in the home using the shared spaces; you are welcome to share our kitchen, bbq grill, fire pit, 3 seasons room, patio & play set, powder room & use the laundry machine. Feel free to use the hot tub, the kitchen, laundry room, enjoy the backyard; bbq grill, fire pit, porch, the deck, swing set and the patio and hot tub. Please do not smoke out front! We live on a cul-de-sac and all my neighbors ring cameras are pointed at each other's house & any activity potentially triggers their cameras as well as our own. We have some guests fishing poles and a tackle box in the 3 Season room for you to use. Nothing major so if you're an avid fisherman you probably want to bring your own stuff. What we have bass, catfish & some really big carp! Parties are not allowed.
